*For Estates over $1.5M, the A-B or Credit Shelter Trust will save on Federal Estate taxes. Without the A-B Trust, every dollar over $1.5M will be taxed at a rate from 45% to 48%.

The price for the Living Trust also includes the cost for preparation and recording the Deed transferring the home into the Trust. If you have additional real estate and would like to have us prepare the Deed, pay the recording fee, and record the Deed(s) for you, the cost is $85 for each Deed.
