The goal of the company has been to educate and enlighten consumers about Wills, Trusts and Probate and to provide quality service at affordable prices. Arizona Wills & Trusts is an “Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer”. The representative you meet with is also certified as a legal document preparer. Although we are certified as a legal document preparer, we are not lawyers nor are we employed by a lawyer, and we cannot give legal advice. Communications with a legal document preparer are not privileged. The company has built its reputation on referrals. Those referrals include clients, financial planners, insurance agents and financial institutions.
